Well it isn't. We wouldn't be here if that were the case. But....she does have a very serious problem with rubbish. I'm not going to get into the political or social side of things here but it is such a shame that even the cleanest places we've been to have a dirty underbelly. Whilst in Ponduchery walking along the seafront I was taken aback by the sight of a smartly dressed man throwing a full plastic bag of rubbish into the sea. He then walked back to his scooter which was parked right next to a rubbish bin and drove off!!
